horary — an adjective meaning “hourly” or “relating to an hour”
horario — the Spanish cognate of the same meaning and of another that will be explained below
Our English word of “horary” is essentially archaic and not used in modern prose, but I came upon it recently in one of the classics I was reading, so it’s out there. When I stumbled upon it, I was taken aback because I didn’t know the word existed, but I immediately knew what it meant because I recognized it as a cognate of the Spanish word “horario.”
